Nat's Chicken Cornflake Crisperrottis  
marinate chicken fillets for an hour or two.
1 can of beer + 1 1/2 cups of flour + 2 eggs + 1 tsp salt + 1 tsp pepper = beer batter
dip chicken fillets (cut into fingers) in batter, drip off excess, then roll in finely crushed cornflakes.
deep fry in olive or canola oil.
